Pet-A-Palooza Contest 2018: Anthem

It was a difficult decision, but the winners of the Pet-A-Palooza 2018 contest have been chosen! In 3rd place is Emma Lotus:

Ahh, Pet-A-Palooza. The smell of pet snacks is in the air, the calls of pets ring out from Wizard City to Empyrea, and (most importantly) satisfaction of crowns discounts for dedicated pet owners can be felt by all. To celebrate this event, we challenge you to write lyrics to commemorate this event.

Rules: Write lyrics to an original song dedicated to Pet-A-Palooza. The lyrics should talk about the event in some way. Your song may be silly or serious. You don't need to compose the tune to go with your lyrics, but your lyrics should flow well and rhyme in some way. The lyrics should not be longer than one 8.5x11" page using 12-point, single-spaced font.

Standards: Submissions will be judged based on creativity as well as style (e.g. does it rhyme? Does it have rhythm?). Length will not matter as long as it does not exceed the maximum one page limit. Remember to keep the song G-rated!
